ZoeandIsla comply with Australian Consumer Law and our products come with a Consumer Guarantee that ensures our products are checked, tested and sold without faults and are the same as described online.​

I have purchased earring's -

We do not accept returns or exchanges for pierced earring for hygiene reasons. To avoid disappointment we recommend you read and look over the size and dimensions provided in our product descriptions. We do not offer credit notes, exchanges or refunds unless deemed faulty

I have purchased a necklace -

Necklaces purchased full price or with a sign up code, can be exchanged and returned as long as they are unused, unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging within 14 business days of the date purchased.

Rings purchased full price or with a sign up code, can be exchanged and returned as long as they are unused, unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging within 14 business days of the date purchased.

I have purchased a bracelet -

Bangles/Bracelets purchased full price or with a sign up code, can be exchanged and returned as long as the item is unused, unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging included the purchase receipt number within 14 business days of the date purchased.

I've changed my mind -

At ZoeandIsla we have meticulously photographed and detailed all of our products including types of materials and sizings for you so as you have an amazing experience shopping with us online. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for 'Change of minds'.

I’ve bought items on sales or discounted -

Sale items and discount code purchases are final. Unless deemed faulty, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on sales and discount code purchases (this excludes our sign up 10% offers). If you do receive a sales or discounted item that has a fault, contact us at info@zoeandisla.com with a detailed description of faulty product and attaching a photo of the fault and your purchase order number.
