18ct & 14ct Gold: Pure gold is not alwasy suitable for jewellery. Coating sterling silver metals (0.5 microns) with a layer of 18 or 14 carat gold, ensure high quality for our products. Sterling Silver: Pure silver is soft and prone to breakages as it is more malleable. Sterling Silver is an alloy made up of 92.5% silver and 7.5% harder metals. This process gives the mark of S925, which makes it harder and more durable, lasting longer and holding its shine. Copper: More of an economical metal base than Gold, Platinum or Silver, becasue the elements are more commonly found. As an alloy, copper is extremely durable and can hold up well over time, despite daily wear. Copper is commonly used as a base metal as it holds it's high quality after being plated. Rhodium: Rhodium plating is used to enhance the luster aand durability of metals such as silver and white gold and gives a smooth, shiny finish to the jewellery. Rhodium is more expensive than Gold, it doesn't tarnish or corrode. It is non allergenic and scratch resistant. Cubic Zirconia: CZ are almost identical to a dimonad however, they are manufactured. The Cubic Zirconia's are durable and can be cut with more facets offering better light reflection. Nano Crystals: Man-made synthetic crystrals grown within a glass matrix, available in many colours of the rainbow. Makeing jewellery design endless.

We recommend to: Use warm soapy water to soak your jewellery & use a soft brush to get into harder to reach areas. Polish with a soft clean cloth (With every ZoeandIsla order, a small cleaning cloth in included) Do not use polish cleaners !

We advise you take off your jewellery before having a shower, working out or going for a swim. Over time, the sweat, salt water and chlorine can damage the plating and loose any shine. By removing your jewellery, you will help preserve the plating keeping it clean and continuing the lustre and shine. Crystals and gems can also loose lustre over time when exposed to chlorine or salt water.

Some of our necklaces and bracelets can be adjustable using the extender chain.
